Terms of Service

By commissioning me , you are agreeing to the terms of service below. Any statement to change would be discussed with me prior to the commission. However any kind of ill behaviour will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled if it occurs and failure to follow the rules provided. I have the right to decline your commission.

(i) GENERAL TERMSPlease write in a clear and nice manner of what you would like me to draw as well as providing clear images of reference of the following and not just paragraphs of text!- The resolution of the image!
- The character
- The pose
- The expressionsif you're not sure how to word it out, rest assured, I made an application form where you can fill everything up! I totally recommend filling it up! It would help alot :)However i will NOT do:
- Furry (specifically anthropomorphic beings, humans with animal features are ok though)
- Mecha
- NSFW ( like seggs scenes, im ok without booba out tho )
- Gore
- Anything that would potentially make me uncomfortable(ii) PAYMENT / REFUND / CANCELLATIONReminder that, super complexed designs or backgrounds will increased the payment of the initial price- I use PAYPAL for the transactions!
- I reserve the right to decline anything that I do not feel confident in doing.
- All commissions are non-refundable. Unless I haven't started on the commissions yet.
- If you're cancelling the request, please inform me 48 hours of the acceptance so that a slot will be available for others.(III) WORKFLOW AND PROCESSStep by step process can be found herein detail>>- Changes such as completely different poses, characters, outfit, etc. are not allowed if I have already started rendering the piece.- I will allow 3 revisions during the sketch and colouring stage, like minor corrections for the accessories, pose and expression or even the colour ( Please let me know in one go, so we don't have to keep going back and forth! ). Any revisions after that will have an additional fee from (10$ - 50 $ depending on how major the change is ). However, I will only allow making small changes like markings or colour adjustments once the illustration is finished.- Unless there is a given deadline, I work at my own pace. Please understand that rushing the artist will not quicken the creation process. Thank you for your consideration!- Please give me at least 4 days - 2 weeks to finish your commissions once I finally get to your slot. Keep in mind that it may take longer depending on many factors such as:- Health
- Order of commissions/ Your place in my waiting slots
- The complexity of the commission
- Family / Personal IssuesIf ever that happens, I will notify the current commissioner and the ones on the waiting list.- I have the right to stream your commission on Twitch or on Discord. Please let me know if you want me to work on it in secrecy!- Once everything is finalized and that you've sent the final payment, the full resolution of you're commissions (and the transparent version if applicable) will be sent through via Email of Google Drive upon completion.(iv) PERMISSION & COPYRIGHT - USAGE POLICY- I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.- If you are to repost the commission anywhere, you will credit me as the artist. ( @lost_yth on Twitter)- The client/commissioner is NOT allowed and does not have the right to print or sell the commission as NFT.-You will only be receiving digital art. No physical goods will be shipped.- You are NOT allowed to claim, edit, trace, copy, or modify any finished art I have made without permission.- You may use the finished artwork for social media profile pictures, desktop backgrounds & wallpapers. You may also print at your own leisure as long as it's for non-profit and solely for your own personal enjoyment.- Clients may commission a third party to animate the emotes as long as credit for the original artwork is given.- I have the right to post your finished commission with my watermark on any of my social media sites or publish books using the piece.- A smaller resolution of the finished drawing will be posted in my gallery as part of my portfolio.
